The problem of Luck

I imagine luck is like something alive; a being. It has a kind of personality. Luck is by themselves not very lucky. That sounds like irony. But let me watch this strange being a little closer. Beside of the fact that luck is perceived very rare, it is actually pretty common. I mean for us humans. We are the kind of luckiest thing we know. Actually, not just mankind but all living beings on earth.
We are on the only “friendly“ piece of environment we know. That piece calls earth and apparently our whole solar system is blessed with luck. I don’t go here into the known details. Just this brief statement: many complex aspects seems to meat to make the whole project earth be possible. Just some of a few small aspects being a little different and we would be only dead material without any abilities.
So we are all unbelievable lucky. But what is now the problem of luck? Well, luck is not perceived. Luck is not understood. Luck is not appreciated. Commonly winning in the lottery is understand to be luck. That is so because only a few of us does win.
So the other greatest lottery: life, which we all won, appears to us so usual. That is so because we all got it here on earth and there is not much of a difference between us. Yes, there is the aspects of health and survival and so but that all does not change the overall fact.
We are so incredible lucky but also we don’t appreciate it. Instead we hope to win in the lottery.
Luck is very unlucky because those blessed with it are not aware of it.
I feel sorry for luck and a bit for all of us humans who are not into the great truth we live is. Tomorrow, I will may be already forgot that and hope for winning instead of appreciating. That is may be our nature. God knows where that is leading to…
