Insanity on earth

If I would be an alien watching and analysing human life on earth (the only place where we probably ever would be), I would come to the conclusion that the RESOURCES the planet offers
a) are being split in different forms and the most important form is in virtual values represented of what is there (e.g. money or a promise of money and so on)
b) are being very uneven distributed
c) are not distributed as wanted by most of them
d) are wasted.

This all is irrational behavior and on top of it human life is fighting with each other about these resources or it´s virtual representation.
Humans violate own set values to each other. Daily.

We aim for sustainable living in peace with our planet but we do the very opposite.
The resources are getting fewer and in a sustainable way we destroy our planet.

All in all, humans are crazy.
I would be afraid of humans.
I would hope they do not make it out of this solar system.
I may even support an early end of them.

These 3 above wishes are rationally understandable. It is a kind of natural to kill the monster bug.

The way we are as human beings causes this. We would make enemies just based on the way we are and treat each other.

Well, there are no aliens watching us. Space is so large that time is in between everything.
Big time spans are this in fact. So big, that it is even not very likely that we and these possible aliens are living in the same time.
But anyway, who cares of others if we do not even care of ourselves.

I am not pledging for religion or a specific religious believe nor for some sort of political idea.
I realize that we are so different from all other living beings we know. Even the most simple bacteria does it “better” than we do.

Hope is a joke. Trying changing it appears silly. It somehow went at 1 point in a wrong direction.
I am living in the most interesting time of us. The time when we could have made a difference.
It will go down with us and in some centuries when the craziness has may been ended, we will have left behind thousand of years suffering.

But when I think this further, this appears to be a pretty good motivation to leave mother earth. To leave to make it elsewhere.
Watching us humans now may be like watching a little kid trying to fly on a wooden stick. Years later this kid may be a real pilot.
Just in a half a century or so I will be gone. Gone after watching years of insanity and at least mentally suffering from it.
What will I say to my grandchildren (if I would have some)?
