I live and die every day

A child grows up to an adult and eventually an adult does not grow anymore. Around the age of 25 years a person is actually just keeping healthy and our complex organism is overall considered more dying as living. This being said in a philosophical sense and to point out that for instance our teeth are starting to decay much earlier as this average age. So to say we live and die every day. A child lives more as it dies. A full grown adult dies more as it lives.
This is generalized and there are aspects out of this picture. A very very old person may have a new tooth again; a natural third one. We can explain such phenomena now with knowledge of stem cells.
Back to the philosophical idea: I live and day every day. I am no 25 no longer and so I die more as I live every day. The example of my teeth show this in a drastic clarity. It is a daily fight to preserve and far away of a live process in the sense of living and dying.
It sounds very negative but the motivational part of it is the fighting. It is for me about a conscious awareness to try to live as much as possible and the ultimate truth that overall every living being will eventually loose this fight as it is the nature of life. Well, not to forget that life as the great ability for revival with the next generation.
I want to ask in the future myself more about this. How much did I live today or how much do I want to and can live today. In the back of my head I have the other side of this. If I don’t live much a day I definitely die more as I live.
This does not mean I want to be active for every day. To recover and to do recreation is also an important part of it.
It is all about to balance it out. Also to say is it is actually interesting to watch myself dying in a philosophical sense. We all loose vitality over the years that is dying.
And the last sentence shall be more about living: writing this here is living too.
