What the stars tell me

When I see the stars at night in the sky I see not just dots of light moving in a fixed pattern. The stars are on the one side our origin as they formed the material we are made of but on the other side the ultimate guidance. The stars are also like a reminder of the destiny of anything in our universe: there was a time when nothing really existed and there will be a time everything will be destroyed. Anything we know is in between this and it is overall about the time we got and what we do with it. And I see much more. I see an appeal towards intelligent life. Stars are not just single suns but often the for us appearing single dots are galaxies with thousands of stars. Each galaxy is like an own town of existence and matter. And each town has the potential to get with life the most exciting thing in the universe. Stars are with its light also telling the drama of the universe. It is so big but blessed with light speed, which is in fact incredibly slow in comparison to the large space the universe has. Often a star we see is already gone and just the light from a past time is traveling through the universe. The transience of everything is appealing to us with our limited time. We can say bringing meaning into our life is the overall meaning of life but you may also say our fate is lead by our own history and because we are struggling to reach our ideals due to our hindering past, we are fighting much more with survival as it actually would be necessary.

Beside of all this, stars make me dream. Anything is possible in the universe! Well, this can be also understood in good and bad as the dream may be a nightmare.
I hope and dream of meaningful time and exiting existence. And much more positive as negative I start my day after watching the stars. I love stars, I love the universe and I love life.
